What are your standard methods of shipping?
Products ship via UPS, FedEx, and LTL.
When will my order ship?
Orders placed by 2:00 pm EST will ship same day (excluding backorders and non-stock items).
What do you charge for shipping?
Customers receive free shipping on orders that meet our minimum shipping requirement of $150.00. Exceptions apply .Please see below:

Salt, Gravel, and Garnet will always incur a freight charge unless ordered with a WaterRight unit.
Do you offer alternative delivery methods?
Yes. We offer our own delivery service: PremierExpress. Upon request, PremierExpress will deliver confirmed orders within 72 hours.
Do you offer emergency deliveries?
Yes. If you require same-day delivery, please contact our customer service team or your territory manager.

Emergency deliveries will always incur a $25.00 fee.

Any order that requires a change to Premier's Standard Shipping or Premier's ExpressDelivery Policy will be considered an Emergency Delivery and will incur the $25.00 fee.
