Will my order ship for free?

Orders that meet a minimum purchase amount of $150 will ship for free. Please review our Shipping and Deliveries page for exceptions.

What are your standard methods of shipping?

Products ship through UPS, FedEx, and LTL. Orders placed by 2 pm receive next day shipping, excluding weekends and holidays. Alternative shipping options are available. For more information, please visit our Shipping and Deliveries page.

What is your return policy?

Unused and undamaged products can be returned. To initiate a return, please contact your local territory manager.

Can I make changes to an order I already placed?

Yes, as long as it has not shipped. Please call our customer service team.
