Meet Our Team

Bill Kennard currently manages our Fairfield, Maine terminal and heads up our Commercial, Industrial and Technical sales department. His knowledge and resourcefulness are second to none; he leaves nothing to chance and prides himself on being thorough. You can count on Bill to get the products, information and/or quotes you need when you need them.

Mitchell Seras manages our terminal in Troy, New York and is available to assist with all your technical needs and provide the service you expect from the best. Mitchell is known for his persistence and willingness to help a customer; he won't stop until the job is done. Mitchell has shown us all that he has what it takes to make things easier for you

Doug Shaver originally worked in shipping and receiving, setting up many of the systems that we still use today to accurately pick and ship your orders same day. With several years of picking orders and getting to know customers needs, purchasing came natural to Doug. With our state of the art computer system and inventory control software, he is able to make sure we have what you need when you need it.

Tina Stone came to Premier to enhance our customer service department; it quickly became apparent that her detail orientation and dedication to the customer made her best suited for the job. She is quick and painstakingly accurate when entering orders and wastes no time getting the information you need when you need it. You can count on Tina to accurately record all transactions to your account.

Christopher W. Achorn has held many part time positions for us over the years and has put this experience to good use in his most recent position of Sales Support. Working closely with the salesmen he is able to provide a consistent and reliable quality of service to our customers with order entry, quotations, technical support, and timely processing of invoices and credits. Christopher's willingness to help serves all of us well.

Support Staff: Behind the scenes, yet doing a lot of work to ensure Consistent, Accurate, Reliable and Efficient service to our customers, our office, warehouse and corporate staff keep our systems in order and your transactions with us easy. They appreciate the need for simplicity and meticulously manage the business you turn our way. Understanding that you have many alternatives for your supplies, we take our time to get it right the first time and handle your account with C.A.R.E. TM

Sales Staff: Second to none, these highly trained, knowledgeable people take to the field and cover the Northeast with the best a sales representative has to offer. Trained to listen these guys are instrumental in getting the programs and products you ask for. Promoting opportunities is their purpose while value added is their consequence.
